Refund Policy

OUR REFUND POLICY

While we are completely committed to offering your our very best service, we know that there are various reasons why cancellations occur.  If you are not satisfied you may cancel during the first 30 days for a pro-rated refund, less $10 for bag and a $35 processing fee.  Pro-rating begins the date a completed Refund Form is received via email to tessa@yourlaundryfairy.com.

 

  • The Trial Period begins from the date of first pickup. (Sept. 18th for 2017 Winter 1 or Jan. 8th -2018 Winter 2.) All refunds on credit card payments have an additional 2.9% processing fee. A charge applicable to the weekly cost of plan service per week will be issued for each week since the customer signed up for the service; regardless of whether the service has been used. There are no refunds issued for pounds not used from prior weeks.

 

  • No refunds are issued after the semester withdrawal date: Oct. 13th—Winter 1 or Feb. 16th—Winter 2. If service is cancelled on or before the start date and student has not received a bag, a full refund (less credit card processing fee of an additional 2.9% ) will be issued.

 

  • Withdrawals for Medical reasons, with proof thereof, will be issued a pro-rated refund, less a credit card processing fee of 2.9%
